TNT Sports Pack pricing

I am a long time BT Sport mobile user - after the TNT / Discovery migration BT advertised a rolling plan for £20/month - why were the existing users like me not migrated to this ? Instead I am being charged £23.74 / month. WHY ?

You already had the £20 offer and the annual CPI + 3.9% price increase has been applied in March perhaps?

Don’t think so, current advertised offer (since Sept 23) and is still for £20 rolling month. Why do they not respect loyal customers ?
