TNT Sports - Series Link Issues

Hi, is anyone having issues with series link on TNT Sports? On TNT Sports (especially MotoGP, we tested cycling tour and that linked up) our series link is not working at all. We have to select every programme individually and also it cuts off the end of the programme. This is in schedule timings, would understand it cutting off if programs overrun. We have reset and cancelled all recordings and tried again but does the same thing. It does this on WSB and BSB too.

I wonder if this is the same issue as on that link it states it doesn't offer the option to add the series link. My issue is the option is there but it doesn't work. Maybe TNT have removed series link functionality but forgot to remove the option to select?!
