You have to join BT's consumer testing program and then you get randomly invited to apply for individual product tests.

@Braysoj1 you have to wait and see if you're selected and even if you're selected to apply, you still might not be eligible depending on how you answer the questionaire that you normally have to fill in. They'll probably be looking for someone that can effectively watch TNT Sport all day, over the various channels and on-demand features. You will also most likely required to give feedback on technical features daily. It's not just a way to get free TNT Sport for a month and you'll be taking part in a Beta test of the new software.

Trial invitations are intentionally vague, to prevent too much information being leaked about possible future products and services. This one is no exception, but there's a big clue in the requirement "seeking to trial the service with customers who do not currently have BTSport on their consumer account or currently have SKY TV without BTSport". i.e. it'll be for the order journey, not the product itself.

None of us in the BT Sport team have even seen the updated app yet (other than plans). I'd like to think they'd let us try it before they start a consumer trial.

The BT Sport apps will still be the place to continue watching BT Sport right up until launch of TNT Sports on July 18th.

p.s. the trials team have contacted me to say that this trial is now full anyway (and it is just for the order journey).
