TNT sports move over - what a farce

Having problems with move over to TNT sports. I simply use the BT sport app on an Apple TV box. Don't have BTTV. Trying to sign in using my existing BT sport log in to discovery plus but not recognised. if i try to register it wants to charge me a new subscription. About as clear as mud. Anyone any ideas? What a shambles

Re: TNT sports move over - what a farce

You need to specifically use the "activate discovery+" option found within MyBT. This will allow you to create a discovery+ login that is linked to your BT subscription.

If you received the email today about it, it included the following:

What do you mean when you say it doesn't work?
Do you see the option to activate? What happens if you use it?

Re: TNT sports move over - what a farce

it says if you have BTTV or BTTV on EE. Don't have either of them

Where does it say that? BT TV on EE doesn't even exist, so I don't understand where you'd ever see that?

when you are in mybt - my products - sign up for TNT - activate discovery - then its activate with BT TV or BT TV on mobile or EE. these don't apply to me

Re: TNT sports move over - what a farce

You already have a TNT Sports subscription right? So an option to "Sign up for TNT" doesn't sound right. What kind of TNT Sports subscription do you have?
If you're able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing, that'd be really useful

Re: TNT sports move over - what a farce

as stated I access sports using the BT sport app on Apple TV. this is the only way I access BT sport. I have tried to use my log in on the discovery app with no success. it seems to me it's not catering for people who need to activate who aren't using BT TV or BT mobile

Re: TNT sports move over - what a farce

No, I don't have a TNT subscription, I have a BT sport subscription. If I apply for a TNT subscription it wants to charge me more money.
