Title: Broadband customer trying to add £25 rolling TNT Sports App but website forces 24-month contr

Hi everyone,
I am an existing BT Broadband-only customer. I am trying to add the contract-free, 30-day rolling TNT Sports App-only add-on to my package for the customer rate of £25 a month.
However, your website completely blocks me from doing this online. Every time I try to add it, the system forces me into a 24-month EE TV contract screen, or charges me the public retail rate of £30.99. I have tried calling customer support but cannot get through to an agent.
Could one of the BT Support moderators please get in touch via private message to look at my account and manually apply the rolling £25 app add-on code to my broadband bill?
Thank you!

That's not how these forums work I'm afraid. If you want to order and cannot use the web site, you'll need to call and wait.

I assume you went here: https://www.bt.com/sport/buy and selected the "TNT Sports on HBO Max" option?

When I click on the tnt sports on hbo only option it takes me to a generic BT page where I can click on personalized offers…but then shows nothing

I'm afraid the only suggestion I can make then is to try the phone again, and wait for an agent.

Just to check have you selected TNT sports on hbo max from the page in question?

From the link that Darren has provided try choosing TNT Sports on HBO max from the 4 options near the top of the screen. That should take you to the £25pm option and you will be asked to login to you BT account from there.

Thanks all, appreciated.

yes selected that option. In the private browser window it leads me to a page where I need to input my account number…which then gives me an error as not recognized.

all in all very poor from BT…
