There were 3 faults that affected your line on Jan 7th. One was marked resolved at 10:32, one at 10:51, and the last one at 14:10.
I can only assume your multicast path was restored before you needed to watch sport.

Sorry to push on this, but I really don't want people misled that they can use Hybrid for multicast.

You could test it yourself for sure by just disconnecting the hub from your phone line.

@DarrenDev  Thanks for that. I was out during the time that the first two faults were resolved and just assumed  that it was one lengthy fault. Of course I now accept that our Hybrid does not support multicast and I was working on the assumption that it did when the lights on our hub were telling me that we were still on 4G and our sports channels were working.
