Trying to watch the snooker but the audio isn't English

Why is the audio not English on the snooker?

Currently watching Szubarczyk via the discovery plus app and I've no idea what language is being broadcast but it's not English 

I pay a premium for snooker coverage and I'm not getting value for money.

Either the air con is blasting and causing audio glitches or you don't stream all tables or like it is today the commentary is in some foreign language 

I subscribe for the Rally and Snooker and your coverage of both is substandard garbage but I literally have no choice when I'm in the UK but to pay TNT 

Where do I complain about both issues? I've had enough now and wish to make a formal complaint about the snooker and the Rally, I pay enough per month and expect much much better

Are you watching on tv or another device? That particular match was being broadcast in Polish. However there are options for subtitles or to have no dialogue at all. Some matches do have English dialogue that you are able to select with either your remote control or by choosing the correct option on your device.

@dan44762000  Looking at the latest replay section of discovery+  the Zhang Anda v Michal Szubarczyk Round 1 it seems to be EUROSPORT logoed  rather than TNT Sport, As @Brucemeister5  mentions the language options seem limited to Polish or no commentary. Video quality on the stream i viewed looked lower quality than i would expect.

Normally complaints about the content or quality of a discovery+ app stream would be to discovery+ Uk support. However you are entitled to complain to BT or EE if you consider your TV or Sport Package or addon is not of the standard you expect.

Some of the snooker games have No dialogue ( example Xiao Guodong v Mahmoud El Hareedy)

@dan44762000  I believe you are watching a EUROSPORT stream  of the Snooker UK  Championship Qualification  on the discovery+ app. It is not a TNT Sports linear channel broadcast but rather a feed only on the discovery+ app There are several different qualifying matches being broadcast on the app only. Most default to no commentary , the Jimmy White game has a Polish commentary or no commentary option available to you , so easy enough to select  no commentary where you will get the normal sounds of the balls being potted and the referee calling out the score etc. discovery+ player and WBD snooker feeds  several countries in Europe so their streams may be several languages or indeed without commentry.

If you are viewing a TNT Sports stream on discovery+ then  would expect the default commentary to be English. If a Eurosport stream it could be any language.

It is likely that the Jimmy  White game is being broadcast on Eurosport in Poland and a Polish commentary provided which on the discovery+ app you can opt to change to no commentary.

What an incredibly long way to be of no help whatsoever.
I'm in the UK, we speak English, why do I want Polish commentary?

It was quite clearly explained to you above. I don't understand why you have such an attitude to people helping you. If you're that unhappy with the situation just cancel your sub and watch elsewhere.
