Ufc fight delays

1. I used to use the bt sport app for ufc fights

2. I then transitioned over to the discovery plus app as per bt request which I did and it was excellent for ufc fights 

3. I ‘upgraded’ my package  to include bt tv and this is now the only way to watch ufc as my account with the discovery app has been closed (presumably by bt as I haven’t ) 

my question is why is there such a delay with ufc fights that are available on the discovery app appearing on the bt tv app?

If you have access to sport in the BT TV app then you have access in the discovery+ app. Simply visit MyBT and activate your subscription again (I can only assume your previous subscription was cancelled due to the change in subscription type). When you click the link to activate discovery+, don't forget to use the "Sign in" link in the top right corner, to use the same login as previously).

Replays appear automatically in the discovery+ app, but they need to be manually edited for the BT TV app, so take a little longer to appear.

I clicked the activate discover plus link in my email. It took me to mybt app. It shows a red button to get tnt sports. When you click this it wants you to pay for the package. However when you go to my bt via the web it tells me I have access to sport and discovery. I tried logging directly into the discovery app using my bt log in details but it doesn’t accept them. I tried with my old bt sport login but now it wants payment. 

Like I say I can get bt tv and the ufc but I want to get content directly from the discovery app as the content is all there. It’s like the discovery app is not talking to my bt tv account.

The My BT app has issues that means it won't show the tile in some scenarios.
In My BT on the web, look for a tile to "activate discovery+". That's the only route to reactivate your account. If you can't find it, email me at tv.apps@bt.com with your BT ID and account number and we'll investigate.

Thanks. I’ll email you as when I go in via the web to my bt under products it says I have tnt sports and discovery but nothing  about activating, only ‘ swap your package’. Thanks for your support.
