Unable to Login BT Sport

When I login to BT Sports via the app on Samsung TV (UE40JU6600k) I get the error ID106.

That suggests there's something wrong with your account - e.g. it's not activated, or disabled due to suspicious activity. Are you able to log into www.bt.com/mybt ?
