I've seen this a few times on the forum and I'm having the same problem.
I am given the option to cancel my monthly pass but keep getting hit with an error message saying it has been unsuccessful.
I have made my first payment and I only have one account option to select from on the top right of my page so don't think it's the case I have multiple accounts.
Any advice on how I can rectify this situation to cancel online?
