I am trying to cancel my monthly BT sport pass through my account on the website and I keep getting an error - notifying me to try again later.
This has been going on for almost a month now and my BT sport renews on 1st November, I would like to cancel before renewal.
Does anybody have a solution to this?

Sorry you're having problems cancelling your monthly pass. The quickest way would be to contact our CS guys on 150 but if that doesn't suit I've dropped you a private message so you can send over the details.
Just as an FYI @tmorrison93 this is a known issue that is being investigated. Your account is in a bad state from which it cannot automatically recover, so you need to contact us to manually clean it up.
