I’ve read a lot about this error that doesn’t allow you to stream highlights, only live games.
When I first purchased the TV the BT Sport App worked fine but then after a month it stopping allowing me to view highlights.
I’ve reset my router, TV and deleted the app a number of times but nothing seems to fix this issue.
It’s super frustrating, please help.
Is your broadband from TalkTalk? We're aware of an issue with their implementation of IPv6 that prevents Samsung TVs on TalkTalk routers from connecting to the servers that provide BT Sport highlights.
Unfortunately neither Samsung nor TalkTalk provide options to disable IPv6, so there's no way to fix this (unless you're willing to purchase a different router that allows IPv6 to be disabled).
Never ceases to amaze me how many issues TalkTalk create then refuse to address.
I was with them many moons ago; to say the service was beyond a joke would be a nice thing. Now introducing IPv6 with no way to disable it and enable a functioning service is standard TalkTalk
