Why does TNT 5 cast perfectly from a Tablet or Smart phone on my internet connection BUT TNT 2 after 20 seconds posts VC526, stating that it cannot load this content due to an internet connection problem. This never happened till the transfer to TNT from BT !!

TNT Sports 5 runs at half the quality of 1-4, so works better on a slower connection.

Chromecast from the BT Sport app has been pretty bad for a few months now anyway though - Google's new player really doesn't play nicely with our content.

We strongly recommend you switch to using the discovery+ app, where you'll get a much better experience. You can find details on how to activate your discovery+ account at www.bt.com/sport/discovery-plus
