Hello, I would really appreciate someone's input on this.
When I use Ultimate on the app on my Series X the video is out of sync. On my laptop browser and phone it's fine.
I can't find a way of fixing this myself. Not sure if it's a problem on my end but it looks like other people have had this problem before. Tried contacting BT before about it but they've been very unhelpful with me.
Does any kind soul know what the problem may be? Thanks!!!
