bt sport app using Roku Express

Despite reading posts related to my problem I still cannot access a bt sport app loaded on my recently purchased Roku Express stick.I am presented on the tv screen with a 5/6 number code and told to visit auth.bt.com/devices Edit: https://auth.bt.com/device/ and to log into my BT account and enter the number code.

I have a valid bt account and pay a subscription for bt sport.

when I have entered aut.bt.com/devices Edit https://auth.bt.com/device/ I am presented with

Two - Step Authentication        BT.com log in        connect your device/bt help

I have tried the obvious one i.e.   BT.com log in  which after I have logged in there is NO sign of anywhere to enter the number code as instructed.I have tried the other addresses shown above in case these were required to view where to enter the number code but again NO sign to enter code.Please can anyone help !

As discussed via chat, you need to open the web site - not search for it in Google. I think from your description, you're using a Google widget to type the address. This article on the Apple web site may help explain what I was trying to say about putting it in the address bar:

Having said that, I've just checked and when I enter www.bt.com/device into the Google search widget it takes me to the correct site - maybe this will also work for you?

I'll raise it as an urgent issue on Monday to try to get Google to recognise our new authentication site, so even when searched for, it shows the correct link.
