cancelling tnt sport

trying to cancel my tnt sport subscription. bank statement says tnt sport. various places i've tried to go to find a place to cancel the subscription (hbo max who i have to stream it via, ee because i have other subscriptions with them and they seem to be connected to this whole thing somehow) points me towards the account being with bt/ee but i am just being sent round in circles and the bt help bot doesn't seem to be able to help with this matter. help!

which company do you actually pay for your TNT sports - BT or EE or someone else?

If it was purchased in BT Sport days then check www.bt.com/mybt

If you are currently accessing it via HBO Max -  in HBO Max app there is it its menu  (normally at the bottom on EE  TV Box) or if using the mobile app  tap your profile image (typically top right)

Settings  - if you select Settings  there a option to select  Subscription   which normally would describe your Current plan  - probably TNT Sports  and how you manage your subscription  - if it is via BT/EE it will say so.

Also under Settings there is Account  which if selected should confirm the email address  and name  that you are using.
