I am trying to activate discovery+ using my BT credentials. Either I get an error message when I try to setup a new account on discovery+, or if I try to log into discovery+ I get a password issue error asking me to reset it, then I get an email without an actual link to reset the password.
Anyone else?
did you use the link in your TNT app or in MYBT. if so then I just created account not with BT login but another email and password and now it just links then together when I log in to Discovery+
Have activated mine ok. Used it today to watch MotoGP. What appalling quality of live video, blurry, stops, loses signal. Will be cancelling subscription as soon as I can.
