I previously had BT Sport pack and had access to BT Sport Ultimate, no issues.
I've now upgraded to the VIP pack which includes the Chanel but I now cannot access. I've checked updates & switching off the box not no joy.
Could anyone advise?!!

Hi @JB76 welcome back and sorry you cannot access the BT Sport Ultimate channel now. This may be due to your minimum line speed. Check out this Previous Thread and let us know what your minimum speed is.
