I am getting the BTP-115c error message and a message of IPC 6017 for individual channels.

My order email said to go to Now TV to register for that as part of package but it doesn’t recognize the email.

What should I do?

Hi @Millward, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry you are getting these error coded when trying to watch some channels. Have a look at Fix BT TV Errors and see if that helps fix things for you.
If not post back and let us know if you are connected via Ethernet or adapters and what BT TV package you have and some of the channels affected.
