<p>All files will be deleted once BT Cloud is closed. If you want to keep your files, make sure to <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">download them before 31 October 2024</a>.
This appears to be an account problem CDs so have you tried logging in to MYBT and check your account and bills for problems. You can also phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile
