Hi there, I'm trying to activate my BT TV app and work out why I can't activate my discovery+.. it tells me I have no active subscription but I have big sport TV package.. Amy suggestions lol
@Charlotte91 you need to properly link your BT ID to your account. It looks like you only have account manager role at the moment.
Follow the instructions here to claim account holder role, and it should all work correctly:
I have don't this, and it still says I'm an account manager not holder
It asks me for my account number to add to my BT id and then sends me a 4 digit pin to my mobile and then tells me I can manage my account, but still tells me I'm the account manager
Tell me the file has exceeded it's size. I will keep trying
