I've tried adding bt tv to my broadband package but it won't let me any help?

Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having problems adding BTTV to your account. Are you seeing any error messages? What package do you currently have? Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing?

Currently have bt 500mb broadband package, its comes up I havnt passed the checks made. What does that mean? When I am already a bt customer? Thanks for the help 🙂

The quickest way to get this sorted would be to call out customer service guys on 0330 1234 150. They'll be able to check this for you. can you give that a try and let me know how you get on.

It was because of a credit check. Don't understand that really when I am already a customer of 3+years but thank you for the help
