BT has been Cancelled, yet Netflix hasnt and I have been charged for this.

No one actually contacted me, now tv when I went in was cancelled , so I checked Netflix , that was still up( the email from BT said that would be cancelled ) so I checked and 8.99 had been charged to me

It's telling you an £8.99 charge will be due you mean?  i.e. no money has actually been taken from you?
