Bill

I have been billed £136.96 for one months subscription. I assume the money automatically gets sent back but not sure how long it takes and when. NOT very happy about this as could effect other bills that come out

Re: Bill

Depends on what your bill is actually for.

If you have EE TV and the full works package and paying what, about £80 for that.

Then add on your BT Broadband costs and anything else and then your final bill could be around that amount you've been charged.

If, on the other hand you only have TNT Sports, then you should contact BT directly by phone as that would be the quickest method to sorting it out.

Go here for more info:

Or choose your own route here:

I do not subscribe, so please do not always expect a reply.

Re: Bill

@Liam6 log in to MyBT and there should be a bill to download and that will have the full breakdown of charges. I wouldn't rely on BT to automatically refund anything as their billing is normally pretty accurate.

If you've recently modified the products on your account, you could have partial or advanced charges for this. A modification could be adding or removing something from your account.
