I’ve just setup my BT Tv box after finally receiving smart hub wifi. However, upon starting my box I’ve been informed I’m not a BT TV customer which I am, so I cannot watch freebies channels.
Also, my NOW TV subscription I have purchased through BT is also not showing within my portal or able to be used on the TV.
What is your activation date? This should show in your orders on MyBT

The TV was activated on 20th December and we have simply been unable to use it due to not having WiFi setup yet.
What is the activation date for your broadband?
The broadband is also live as able to connect the TV just being given code to quote over the phone, but wait times were incredibly long at the moment.
