I am currently on Full fibre 900mb. I ordered a BT TV Pro box and it arrived this morning. Plugged it all in. Connected via wifi. It found 134 channels.
But after it went through the whole set up I am getting IPC6023.
Very frustrating tbh. Been on live chat for about an hour now. They have remotely restarted the box and I assume the router as my internet went down. But the problem persists.
Is it worth swapping the ONT, router, TV box?
No idea why these things just can't work from the box.
