I have 2 old accounts appearing when i log into My BT as well as the most recent one. The problem is when i click on my products it only shows me the two old accounts and not my new one? How do I remove those old accounts so I only have the correct one showing on My BT??

I am sorry for the problems viewing your details when you're logged into your BTID. Give our guides a shout in the helpdesk who can help remove the older accounts. You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.
