IPC6023 - has anyone permanently resolved this?

Hi all,

I’ve read the posts about the IPC6023 error where packets of data aren’t passing through to the tv box properly.

I’ve had this problem come back perhaps 4/5 times since I’ve been with BT (c18 months). It’s getting to the point where I’ve just about had enough.

I’ve had a new box, all the tests etc, but it seems to be that they solve it by doing something “at their end”, or it seems to resolve itself (after I’ve been without extra tv for a while).

Has anyone managed to get BT to actually solve it permanently? I’d love to know if they can sort this once and for all!
