Keep having to log into now tv

Hi can anyone help I keep having to log into my now tv account for some reason it was working fine and now everytime I want to watch now I have to sign In

Hi, @Imti76 is this on the Now TV app on your BT TV box or on other devices?

Hi @Imti76 thanks for getting back to me, that's a strange one. Can you try updating the apps and players in the BT TV box settings to see if that helps?

• Settings > Software Information > Update players and apps

You mention it is happening on the Now Tv Box.

I'm not sure whether that is a typo and you mean the BT TV Box or whether it is indeed Now own box ?

Can i make certain that it is a BT Tv box  ?

As I have said before it's a bt box not a now box
