<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
Moved over to BT and have the NOW packages through BT. However, I cant log in to the NOW TV site or app as it asks me to subscribe again and wont accept the BT login. How can I get this synced?
It looks like you've sorted this now, is that correct? I can see that you've correctly activated your Now TV account using the same email address that you've logged into these forums with.
