The streaming Freeview channels do not play on BT set-top-boxes. You'll need to use a non-BT Freeview/Youview box.

Is your TV connected to the internet? If so, have you tried NHK on that?

All Youview boxes don't work with some of the streaming channels. No mater if its a non BT Youview box or not.
