I've been having lots of problems with my EE /BT Services now for over a month, the latest is with NOW TV. I'm pretty sure it's because an incorrect email address has been used as my NOW TV ID, so I am unable to sign up and use it.
What can I do to get around this and start using my NOW TV account as soon as possible?
I do have a complaint logged but nobody has called me now for around a week.
Hi @MAJMILLIE I'm really sorry about that, is this problem only affecting the Now app, are you able to view the Now channels from the TV guide?

Hi Neil - thanks for coming back to me.
The other way around. I can use NOW TV independently by signing in to it directly, but can’t access any of the channels via the TV guide
