I upgraded my tv package and my Netflix that was previously billed through BT now is being billed from Netflix and when I try to activate it says it will be activated in 24 hours but it’s said this for 2 days. There is no mention of BT on my Netflix account page anymore but myBT does show it as an add on. Spoken to BT and they said cancel Netflix subscription and wait until the end of the month until it expires and then call again if it doesn’t activate. That seems pointless to me. Wondering if anyone has a fix to this?
