Hi, I am hoping I can find some help here.
I bought a BT TV set and I am trying to link my existing Netflix account to my BT TV.
I received an email to activate Netflix but I didn't realised that it linked to an old email address I had set with BT. I have updated my BT email address to my newer one (the same one as my already existing Netflix account), but that hasn't worked.
Please can someone help? I don't want to keep paying for my existing Netflix account if I am now using BT TV.
