Hi. Last week I cancelled my NOW Sports monthly TV add on. My son is up in arms and I now wish to turn it back on however it is not appearing as an option in my account and live chat were also unable to do it for whatever reason. Help!

Already used that function, they could not help and directed me to call the value team. Spent 55 minutes on the phone this evening to no avail, whilst the tech team fixed some tech issue with my tv, but at the end still couldn’t add what I needed, with a bit of head scratching their best solution was try again in a week or two

Which EETV box do you have ? Which is your base TV package (Entertainment/Sport) currently ?

I think some of the later boxes may allow you to order addons from the box itself.

eg if you go to channel 419 (Sky Sports Main Event) in the EPG does it (eventually) offer you a Now Sports addon  , if not what does it say ?
