Hi, I am looking to purchase TNT via discovery. I’m currently a broadband customer and have tried to add it to my account. However, everytime i tried to do this it gives me this error message.
"the postcode provided is different to the postcode where service is provided on this account"
everything in my account settings is correct. Can anyone shed any light on this as it’s extremely frustrating.

I have also had problems with my address re-broadband. Mine ended up being a problem with OPENREACH having my address incorrect.
Could perhaps it be that OPENREACH has your postcode incorrect. I don’t think you can check it on the BT website and you would need some help.
