Hi,
I too recently left BT and I can access my purchases via BT TV App, but for some reason there are two blank slots with padlocks on them so I cannot assign a new device.
fyi I haven’t changed the devices in months as I was on extra so never needed to add more than the 4 slots.
any help would be appreciated

@Terry3333 presumably your BT TV extra would have ended with your BT TV contract. So for the purchases your BT TV app would now allow for two small screen devices rather than the increased number of 4 that the “BT Tv App extra” allows.

My problem is I cannot change the allowed devices even though I haven’t changed any for months.
I realise I do not have access to 4 allowed devices but that was not my query.

I would just like to add devices to the 2 device slots that I am supposed to have access to, as a non subscribed BT TV app user.
But all I have is 2 padlocks with zero info of dates or anything to say why I cannot add any devices.
