How was this issue sorted? I've been having this problem since getting BT TV installed on 23rd March and despite many, many calls and promises that it's been fixed it is still not working. I was supposed to have yet another call back from someone today at 8.30am, they have not called and it is still not working. I don't understand why my email address is causing such a problem with you, I even had to use an alternative to join this community!!
The whole thing is not really giving me, as a new customer, much faith that I've signed up to the correct service for me.
