I've had my BTTV for a few months and have got the VIP package, I have passed my NOW tv and Netflix billing to BT. All are now on my bt bill but am still being charged by Netflix as they say not linked. In addition none of the BT sport or NOW channels play. I've a good wired connection of 70mbps and have tried all the resets mentioned .
