I do pay extra, on my BT bill it shows I pay £25 per month for TNT sports on sky and an additional charge of £6.50 for TNT sport HD
If you're watching via the BT/EE box and remove the HD/UHD add on, you will only receive the SD version. But if you watch via the app then you will still receive HD/UHD regardless.
Hi Hunter
Thanks, that what I suspected. I have just spoke to BT TV and cancelled my TNT sports and will now use the Discovery Plus app to watch TNT sport. This has just saved me £11.50 per month which I can now put towards my winter heating bills after the ******* have taken my £300 per year winter heating allowance from me cause I am not on benefit payments yet!
New software on my Samsung (2000.2) & a new Discovery app version. No changelog from Samsung & no comms from Discovery, so I guess the test will be 12:30 tomorrow. 🙏
Well that went OK so hopefully it's finally fixed. 🤞
Same I watched until the 60th minute and was fine so excellent news! Great spot on the updates, I wasn’t even aware.
@boofgwrote:
can i ask what it the new app version?
got the tv update on my q90b to 1651.7 the app last got updated back in feb. All tnt sports feeds are in 30 fps. When using the tv browser it is 60fps. Took a while to make these guys understand that there is a issue. All i get is they are looking in to it.
If you haven't already, it might be worth uninstalling & re-installing the app to see if you get the new version.
When Now launched UHD I had to do that as their app hadn't updated itself.
