BTOpenreach have accidentally built an Openreach Manhole on my land contins points for future fibre installation - I own a David Wilson Homes property and they are offering a small amount of money to change the Deeds legally for the lifetime of the ownership! It serves the whole estate. I want to know my rights - I do not have to allow them access as it is my property and on my land?
