Hello
I saw the recent announcement that BT was being rebranded to EE - I was just wondering if this will have any impact on the extras provided with broadband, eg, email account, virus protect etc etc.
Will they still be offered?

At this stage there is no information regarding "add ons" to the BT Broadband packages.

BT Email
- From 26 October BT Email will no longer be offered to customers who take BT Broadband packages. For customers who have not already set up the service, the option to do so will no longer exist in MyBT. Existing BT Broadband customers who already have a BT Email service activated, can continue to use it as they do today including the ability to create additional email addresses up to the 11 permitted
BT Cloud
- From 26 October BT Cloud will no longer be offered to customers who take BT Broadband packages. For customers who have not already set up the service, the option to do so will no longer exist in MyBT. Existing BT Broadband customers who have already activated BT Cloud can continue to use it as they do today but will not be able to upgrade their storage.
