If you are on the first short hold when connecting to EE or BT there are two chill out instrumental tracks. A flourishing starry one followed by a recognisable chilll-out track, probably a commercial instrumental. If you get through and hear these two short instrumentals which do cleverly merge into each other, can you please tell me what the second one is called?

Hi @MalcyB
Thanks for coming to the community 🙂 I have removed your email address from the forum.
Here is the latest hold music;
Leanne.
Thanks Leanne. But please read again my message. It is not the music on the loop. It is the two tracks before you get another message and join the loop music. Two instrumental tracks together. Not vocal at all. Thank You.
Thanks Leanne.
That would really make my day if you could. Thank you.
Hi @MalcyB
I've checked with the relevant team to see what music this could be and they have advised the music we have when waiting to get to a guide is the list above.
To see if I can help see what this could have been, I've sent you a private message to get some extra details.
Leanne.
Hello Leanne.
I do appreciate your help with this. It seems that your colleagues only have the music details for the vocal tracks which come on after the second voice message and are changed periodically. The two merged instrumental tracks have been the same for a few months now and will come on after the first voice message from EE when I ring 150 as an EE customer and select Option 2 for Broadband Home. Then Option 1 for similar. Then Option 3 for the "faults" department. That's when you hear these first two tracks, unless you have a numbered fault where you then hear your fault number instead. The loop of vocal pop tunes comes after the second voiced message. I wonder if you can get these pieces up from your phone by pressing the options above? I last heard these tunes on Monday 17th August this week from my land line phone (now WiFi, not copper cabled anymore) **********
Hope that helps you find these two tunes.
Kind Regards
Malcolm***********
Thanks Leanne. I have replied to you in PM.
Malcolm.
Hi @MalcyB
