It's official EE according to Ofcom is the most complained about TV supplier 

To beat Sky and Virgin is a remarkable achievement so well done👏

Reading that 

The main issues reported there in the Pay TV Key Drivers of complaints  seem to be threefold

  1. Complaints Handling (which seems an issue across ther whole Pay Tv industry)  

2, Changing Provider

3, Faults/Service/provisioning  (again an issue identified across the iindustry).

Points 1 &2 should be straightforward for the company to address and improve upon whereas the third group would be a more complex group of causes.

I just get the feeling that it's just symptomatic of EE losing interest in EE tv.
