Halo VIP Treatment offers- another BT own goal?

I've been receiving several emails inviting me to click on a link "to get the Halo VIP treatment"

When I do so (just to see what overpriced offer BT has for me!), all I get is a "service unavailable temporarily" message. This has been going on for several days now.

What's the point of BT sending out these messages if their systems don't work?

Don't get me started again.

You're lucky, mate.  All I ever get from them is the bill.

It's a shame you can't see the special offers as they genuinely are hysterical and brighten up any day

Yes, it's like that year on year rising with inflation price increases, utterly hysterical, whilst all the while offering new customers a much lower monthly fee. Simply brilliant 👍

Re: Halo VIP Treatment offers- another BT own goal?

Good ol' BT, they offered me a whole £1 reduction to renew my Fibre 100 which meant by the time they'd taken away any offers, discounts etc and forced HALO on to me, my new monthly price would have been £74.99!!! I say would have been because I told them where to stick it and went full fibre 500mbps with someone else for £35 per month... Also, apparently Openreach couldn't install full fibre for at least 6 months but my new ISP had it fully installed by Openreach in 2 weeks.
