I ceased all my BT services back in December, today I received an email politely asking me to share my feedback, all good so far so I thought yeah,OK, that is until I came to the questions which stated that a response was required.
A bit like asking 'will you please do us a favour by helping us out' when what they're really saying is 'you will do us a favour like it or not'.
I wonder how many responses they actually receive to these surveys, not many I would guess
It's not just BT, they're all at it. I've aborted a number of feed-back surveys from different companies in recent years because they don't want to hear real answers. Waste of everybodies time.

I've just seen your post and I have to agree, I've been with BT for some years now but never renewed at the same price.
What with both mid contract price rises combined with renewal price increases it can't be long before BT price themselves out of the market.
I really think that BT have lost touch with reality or maybe they just have an inflated opinion of their products.
It just got ridiculous with what I was paying and what they offered. And the worst is , they felt they were doing me a favour and then proceeded to lie about other suppliers product availability 🤣
