One word to describe BT IS DISGRACE

Hi I just sighned up with BT about 2 weeks ago in that 2 weeks I been numerous times to bt about my broadband and its absolutley a joke my internet speed should be 75 mbs but after lots of speed checking its showing 55 to 60 mbs and dont even get me started on the joke HUB 3 its a absolute  JOKE my wifi speed its dropping 15 to 20 minutes cant stream anything my son cant play xbox and my wifes card business down the pan she had to chuck lots of cards in the bin coz my wifi keeps drooping connection which destroys the cards. Don't get me started on the bt customer service they rude to the point where i had to shut the phone on them I AM  a paying customer and I expect a service thats is realiable, I left TALK TALK to come to BT thinking they will give me better service but I tell you I should have stayed with them, at least they served me with respectable service. And also now I'm stuck with BT for the next 2 years as my contract cool-off period is over. HOW NICE IS THAT

This is just a customer-to-customer self-help forum.  You are not talking directly to BT and the only BT employees here are the moderators.

Is this just a rant or are you looking for some help?  If the latter, and you care to provide a bit more detail on the symptoms you are experiencing, then I’m sure someone will try their best to offer some help.

Re: One word to describe BT IS DISGRACE

From the speeds you are quoting you are on FTTC fibre to cabinet copper to home and not FTTP fibre to home and as such your connection speed depends on the distance you are from your street cabinet.  Can you post your hub connection stats so member can see your actual connection speed and actual noise margin
