thank you for leaving this info. I'm in a similar situation trying to help a friend that was mis-sold Halo 3+ and never worked as promised... unfortunately not everyone has the patience and nerves to pass months arguing with BT and building their case with Ofcom or the Ombudsman, that's what BT is leveraging on. I wonder how many people were mis-sold super expensive non-needed contracts and now are trapped.
I'm available to help looking for other customers that have been victim of unfair marketing practices from BT 😉
