I promise, I'm not being sarcastic, but what exactly have you done so far about the situation?

Report fraud to police

Are you a BT customer for phone and broadband?

Re: Security

Probably absolutely pointless reporting it to the Police, they'll do nothing but give you a crime number.

If you do decide to report it, then this will be about your best bet, but they'll still do nothing (probably)

Re: Security

Why are you posting on a BT forum if you're not a BT customer?
