Hello, I had a knock on the door today to say it was someone from BT and they were asking questions about problems in my area with broadband and then asked who my provider was.
Do BT actually send people out to let their customers know there is an issue or upgrade going on? I'd have thought a text or email would have been suffice in this instance.
